How Huusmeester uses Log+Key

In an Aachen-based caretaker service with several hundred properties, the property key is the everyday tool of the trade. Employees check out keys, return to the office, clients call in with new jobs, shifts and rotas have to be replanned, keys get handed over between staff in the middle of a job. Huusmeester uses Log+Key to record these movements digitally — per key, per recipient, with a return date.

Searching by address or property description finds the right key in seconds, and the handover to externals (tradespeople, cleaning services) is signed off with a signature — if there's a query later on, the process is fully traceable.
