  • Is Log+Key really free forever?

    Yes. You can manage up to 10 keys free forever — no time limit, no feature locks, no credit card. As long as you don’t manage more than 10 keys, there are no costs.

  • What happens if I want to manage more than 10 keys?

    You switch to the right paid plan in a single step — from €39 / month for up to 100 keys. Your data is fully preserved in the process; the upgrade happens within the account itself, with no migration. See all plans at a glance.

  • Do I need a credit card for the free tier?

    No. The free tier requires no credit card and no payment method on file. You sign up, add your keys and get going right away.

  • Are the features on the free tier limited?

    No. The free tier gives you exactly the same feature set as the paid plans — shift handovers, signatures, return dates, complete history, unlimited users. The only limit is the number of keys you manage.

  • Can I switch back to the free tier after upgrading?

    Yes. You can cancel your paid plan monthly and, if you wish, switch back to the free tier — as long as you reduce to a maximum of 10 keys. Your existing history is preserved.

  • Does the free tier come with advertising or data tracking?

    No. Log+Key is ad-free and doesn’t sell usage data. Even on the free tier, we host your data GDPR-compliantly in Germany. More on the topic of security.
