Stiftung Solina from Switzerland is one of the largest Log+Key customers outside the home emergency call segment. For Solina we custom-built the Log+Key NEXUS interface — key and HR data now flow seamlessly between the ECM module and Log+Key.

How Stiftung Solina uses Log+Key

With several sites and hundreds of staff, managing its own internal keys is a genuine challenge for the HR department. Log+Key makes it possible to document quickly and transparently who currently holds which key — from the management board to the apprentice.

The NEXUS interface synchronises the HR master data between the HR management software and Log+Key, so there is no need to maintain anything twice. A key receipt with a signature that can be added later enables a gradual handover process in a complex staffing situation across several sites. In addition, the key inventory allows further keys to be reordered easily when the foundation's growth reduces the available stock.
