Developed together, improved for everyone — the new Log+Key 1.12

New challenges? New solutions!

With Log+Key 1.12 we are taking the next step and launching features that have come straight out of everyday practice. Together with Stiftung Solina we have implemented specific requirements from day-to-day care work — and these improvements are now available to all Log+Key users.

✍️ Signatures on external devices

Signatures can now be captured flexibly on a separate tablet or touchscreen — perfect for reception desks or handovers to customers and staff.

🔑 Manage keys for other users

With the new assignment function, authorised people can check out or return keys on behalf of others. Especially handy for team leaders or coordinators!

📍 Location feature on terminals

Location management is now also possible directly at the terminal, so that key movements can be tracked even more clearly.

🔍  New detail view for users

Which keys does this team member hold? It's no longer an open question: the new user view shows all the important information about current key movements at a glance. The new job title and phone number fields also provide personal contact options in larger teams.

🧾  Print history receipts

Transparency at the touch of a button: log documentation can now be printed directly as a receipt.

📊  Statistics for a better overview

From now on there is a new statistics function that shows how many objects are assigned to a particular type — for even more efficient inventory management.

More structure, more efficiency — a win for every sector

The new features are not only relevant to the care sector. Every company with multiple locations or large numbers of keys benefits from these optimisations.

  • The location feature ensures structured management and prevents key chaos.
  • The key assignment makes it easier, for example, to reassign keys when staff take on growing responsibilities or new access rights.
  • The signature function on external devices is ideal for companies that need to document handovers in various places — from the reception desk to the field service.
